I Worked as a Senior Designer at Tritility from July 2024 to January 2025.
My role was to work directly underneath the Brand Manager and Marketing Director to directly innovate, create and further the development the brand through all aspects of the marketing pipeline. I was brought on to help develop and reinvent their brand. While there, I worked within the marketing department, taking the branding that had been used and giving it a fresh twist and reinvention in order to stand out against competitors within the industry, as well as assisting and building out several sub-brands including 'The Energetic Recruiter'.
I was also responsible for updating the branding and visual flair for the 2024 TriStar Awards - this included all branding, art assets, video content, static posts, wristbands, and more.
On a day-to-day basis my responsibilities included working on creative projects directly related to our marketing calender and support the wider marketing team with their creative endeavors. This involved social media posts, carousels, email campaigns, website development work, producing long and short-form video content, ad-hoc creative work, and more.
However, my primary focus was to champion the video content on behalf of the brand. Working on briefing, developing and animating Tritility videos on for our social media platform as this is a huge-driver within the industry.
While working at Tritility, I was also responsible for strategising, developing, and building out several social content pieces based on the companies content strategies. Including but not limited to:
- Business Insight (producing, filming, editing)
- Watts Been Happening (Artist, Animator)
- Jargon Busters (Artist, Animator)
- Energetic Recruiter (Branding, Video Editing, Design)
- General Recruitment Drive (Design - Static posts for social)
- TriStar 2024 Video Branding & Content (Conceptualisation, Artist, Editing, Animation)
- Hubspot Onboarding Videos (Storyboarding, Artist, Audio Design, Editing, Animation)
- Hubspot Renewal Videos (Storyboarding, Audio Design, Editing, Animation)
Before my starting at Tritility, the company had never had an in-house Designer, so it was my responsibility to build out the structure of the design department and their creative pipeline while working on a rebrand, in which we worked to completely revitalise everything, including a fresh look of the brand without abandoning the foundations, completely redesigned brand guidelines, new corporate templates (Powerpoint templates, Campaign Monitor & Hubspot templates, Social Media Templates, and more), a new website (design internally, built by agency), and more.
Detailed below is a very small insight into some of the work I worked on during my tenure at the company.
Building the brand
Working at Tritility, part of my responsibility was to refresh the brand, starting with the brand guidelines.
Pictured below is the current work-in-progress of the guidelines, you may notice some Lorem Ipsum, but the structure, design, and work is done by myself as the sole designer.
Animated Video Work
Some of the animated video work that has been created for Tritility. This primarily includes our short-form content based around the Jargon Busters Series, which focuses on educating users regarding the energy industry.

TriStars 2024
While working at Tritility I was also responsible for completely rebranding their annual awards ceremony, known as the TriStar Awards and solely responsible for developing a sub-brand from the tone from an after-work celebration into an ‘Oscars night in Newcastle’ - shown below are some the results of the rebranding work that was conceptualised, designed, and animated by myself.
